FAQ

Is this a full RMM platform today?

No. The current MVP is a production-shaped foundation and one customer-delight thin slice. Remote desktop, patching, broad software deployment, and full SNMP discovery are deferred.

Is SIEM implemented?

Only SIEM-lite foundations are implemented: event contracts, event spine, deterministic rule handling, alerts, audit, and evidence linkage.

Is webhook delivery production-ready?

Partially. The thin slice now uses a production-shaped HTTP adapter with idempotency, persisted attempts, DB-driven durable retry scheduling, signed delivery support, and dead-lettered outbox state. Tenant-scoped credential references, the SecretProvider seam, and Kubernetes Secret resolution exist, but external secret sync/RBAC precision and Jira/Slack/Teams-specific adapters are still planned.

Is tenant isolation real?

Yes for the canonical runtime path: Postgres RLS is implemented and tested. SQLite remains explicit local convenience only.
