Audit Trail

Audit is infrastructure in OneProtect.

Implemented:

• Material workflow actions write audit records.
• Audit records include tenant, actor, correlation ID, target references, and hash-chain data.
• Audit storage is append-only guarded by database trigger.

Planned:

• Audit export.
• Dedicated audit verification runbook.
• Security event monitoring around audit failures.
