Phase 1 Taskboard Reconciliation

Status​

Implemented documentation guardrail.

Scope​

Reconciles the Phase 1 taskboard after AWS dev bootstrap/deploy progress and recent product-runtime work. The board now separates MVP proof, GA hardening, and AWS operations so future branches do not treat every remaining capability as immediate P1 runtime work.

What Changed​

  • AWS bootstrap, first protected dev deploy, GitLab Agent Helm deploy, AWS cloud choice, S3/CloudFront docs target, provider-specific AWS modules, and AWS dev operating model are marked Done with evidence references.
  • Missing remaining work is added as OP-055 through OP-065 with corrected priority and narrower acceptance.
  • Immediate Now lane is limited to auditor session enforcement, SIEM rule expansion, and Intune/M365 posture connector.
  • Riskier runtime work such as OPA/ABAC, Keycloak in EKS, browser SSH, syslog TLS receiver, and load testing is kept visible but not treated as first-pull MVP work.
